Planned giving offers a meaningful way to support Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation by making a gift through your estate. Options include leaving a gift in your will or designating assets like retirement plans to benefit the Foundation.
While planned gifts often take effect in the future, they can provide valuable tax benefits today — and they won’t impact your current finances.
By making a planned gift, you can leave a legacy and help ensure the RRISD PIE Foundation can continue its mission for generations to come.

Stock and Asset Donations
Donating appreciated stocks, securities or other assets can be a tax-efficient way to support Round Rock ISD students. You may avoid capital gains tax while receiving a charitable deduction for the full fair market value of the asset.
Endowment Fund
The Round Rock ISD PIE Foundation Endowment Fund was established to ensure long-term financial sustainability and support its mission. Donations to the Endowment Fund are permanently invested, and only the income generated from the investment is used to support the organisation’s mission. The principal amount of the endowment remains intact and continues to grow over time.
Many people give the gift of an endowment upon receiving some type of windfall, such as profit from the sale of a business. Endowment donations allow you to use this profit as a charitable gift in a particular year for tax purposes. An endowment also allows you to distribute wealth before or upon your passing and avoid high estate taxes, if applicable. There is no minimum investment and no limit on the number of times you can give.
